Individual Personal Training Sessions (1 hr)

In my integrative personal training sessions, I support you in strengthening your body in a way that feels gentle, intuitive, and aligned with your natural rhythm. Instead of pushing or forcing, we work together to build strength, mobility, and balance through mindful movement and deep body awareness.

Each session meets you exactly where you are. I weave functional exercises, posture and alignment work, breath, and nervous-system support so your body feels stronger, more open, and more alive. This approach honours your whole being, your physical body, your energy, and your emotional state, so the training becomes a space of nourishment, not pressure.

My intention is to help you feel confident, empowered, and at home in your body, while supporting your wellbeing on every level.
